Regular visits to the premises are undertaken. A full written report is provided at each visit. This details any action taken as well as providing advice regarding pest control, food storage and general housekeeping. This paperwork can then be available immediately to any interested parties such as Environmental Health Officers, Local Authority Food Safety Officers and help prove you are demonstrating ‘due diligence’.
